Cedar Woods Properties is a national property developer of high-quality residential communities and commercial developments.

Challenge

Bang Digital was approached by the WA team in 2017 to assist them with development of their land estate’s websites, and to streamline and develop a comprehensive digital strategy to drive lead generation.

The focus for Cedar Woods is to generate awareness of new land estates across Perth and deliver qualified leads to the sale teams. Bang Digital are engaged to work across 10 brands within the Cedar Woods WA market.

Approach

Bang Digital designed a WordPress website template solution that allows the roll out of additional branded land estate sites seamless. Conversion rate best practices are applied to the website designs, and any updates are distributed at the template level, lowering development costs and ensuring consistency across the brands.

The always-on strategy is aligned to target each brand’s unique market. The strategy learnings are applied across all brands, allowing for a seamless and integrated approach.
