I look after search, social, communications and SEO across a portfolio of clients - from building the initial strategy through to day-to-day optimisation and monthly reporting. A big part of the role is making sense of what the data is actually saying and acting on it quickly: adjusting bids, rebalancing budgets, rewriting copy, or shifting spend where it's working. I prepare the reporting that keeps clients informed and help identify where campaigns can go further, both in terms of performance and process whilst also managing internal and external communications.
I moved from Dublin to Perth in 2025, and it's been the best kind of reset. Four years working across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn in some of Dublin's busiest agency environments taught me the fundamentals under real pressure. Coming to Australia - new market, new clients and different competitive dynamics have added a layer to how I think about strategy. I love that this industry keeps moving. There's always something to test, something to improve, and that suits me well.
