Renae founded Bang Digital after arriving in Perth in 2006, seeing a real need for a digital marketing agency who is focused on the return on investment for businesses.
Renae's particular expertise lies not only in development of creative and tactical digital campaigns, but also the end to end sales process and customer journey analysis, and how the digital touch points affect each stage of the journey.
Part of the Bang team since 2008 - Brad's web development background and hands-on experience has resulted in a multi-faceted and diverse understanding of digital marketing, and the perspective and insights to step back and see the 'bigger picture'.
Brad runs his own eCommerce 'side hustle' - giving him the opportunity to explore new methodologies, strategies and technologies and share these findings with his clients.
HEAD OF DIGITAL
Jack leads up the search and social media teams at Bang Digital, ensuring the teams are up to date with the latest trends in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
Jack originally hails from Ireland and has called Australia home for the past 6 years. And yes, he is quite fond of potatoes and Guinness.
WEB TEAM LEADER
Stanley has worked in the web industry for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Bang, Stanley has worked for a number of high profile digital agencies in Perth, covering everything from tech support, PHP development and WordPress development. He is now more passionate about Front End than anything else.
Stanley is a MASSIVE fan of football (or soccer) and his favourite team is Liverpool FC. His ultimate dream is to play a game at Anfield, and meet Steven Gerrard.
Paula started working in the media industry in 2010 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce. In her 10-year agency experience she has worked on the digital strategy, planning and implementation on some of Western Australia’s biggest clients which has given her a wealth of knowledge across various industry sectors. She strives to understand her clients' needs on a deeper level and is passionate about driving results and delivering on KPI's.
Paula's ideal Saturday includes an F45 session, followed by breakfast, cleaning her house and snuggles with her kitty.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST
Geordie has worked in digital for almost a decade across both agency and client-side roles spanning a number of different areas including design, marketing, optimisation and research & analytics. As a result of this diverse experience, Geordie has developed a passion and focus on optimising the customer experience across every stage of their journey.
SENIOR SEARCH EXECUTIVE
While completing an MSc in Marketing Practice, Gordon worked on non-for-profits, startups ventures such as TEDx and founding a startup. This journey cemented his passion for digital marketing and market research. Gordon thrives on solving business problems and applying digital solutions.
Before joining Bang Digital, Gordon completed his regional work in Margaret River where he learned the fine art of vine pruning. Sadly, there was no free wine.
Gordon is originally from Ireland, and yes, he is quite fond of taters and says 'grand' a lot.
Sruthy started her career in Digital Marketing shortly after completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing and Management. After working as a freelancer, helping small not-for-profits get their voice and then dabbling in the events industry, she set out to specialise in SEO and PPC.
She found the ever-evolving nature of the industry invigorating which saw her fitting perfectly within the Search Team at Bang Digital. When she's not getting excited about backlinks and average position increases, she's making SEO jokes with 404 response.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Events Management and over 5 years of marketing experience under her belt, Sophie found her calling in the social media space.
She understands the role social can play in the customer journey and is passionate about developing social strategies to suit each client’s unique set of business goals, both as a stand-alone platform and collaborating with the rest of their digital marketing efforts.
Sophie knows that navigating the digital world is no easy tweet, so whether you’re looking to get Face to Facebook with new clients, have your target audience LinkedIn to your website or Insta-ntly grow your database with fresh leads, Sophie’s social skills are stronger than her pun game.
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Law, Miranda found her passion for digital marketing whilst assisting small businesses in enhancing their digital presence as a freelancer.
An avid learner and communicator, she relishes the ever-changing pace of the digital marketing world and enjoys understanding the voice and goals of her clients.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management, Isabelle found herself living in Japan, but could no longer ignore the call of digital marketing. She said sayonara to Japan and returned to Perth to pursue this passion, and joined the social team here at Bang.
The only thing Isabelle enjoys more than the Leederville life and hummus is finding creative and innovative ways to help clients achieve their digital goals.
Luke has been involved within the web industry for over 13 years. During this time, Luke has accumulated a wide skill-set in all things web including Front-End & Back-End web development, Web Design, eCommerce and Online Marketing. Before working at Bang, Luke worked with several web agencies and his passion for web only increases the more he does it.
Luke has been on the kids TV show A-mazing at Channel 7 headquarters. He and classmate didn't win the Gameboy Colour, but had a great experience anyway. The school went on to win the week. He also loves AFL, travelling around the world, computer gaming, dungeons & dragons and playing board games.
After completing his bachelor of commerce degree, Dean worked on the client-side of marketing, developing a keen interest in strategy development and budget planning. With a background in mathematics, Dean is interested in researching data and insights.
He has a keen interest in multiple sports ranging from cricket to motocross, as well as keeping up to date with the latest findings in astronomy.
Joelle spent 4 years in the Search Marketing team at Bang before switching lanes to the admin side of things. She puts her passion for organising, planning and helping others to use, making sure that Bang runs smoothly for the team and clients.
